My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The initial room I was assigned had a pretty unfortunate issue with love bugs in the jacuzzi that ended up ruining my first experience. Thankfully, I was moved to another room by a helpful attendant. However, the service really took a turn for the worse during my stay, especially when I was treated rudely by the manager over a coffee request. This inconsistency makes it hard to fully recommend the place, despite the decent room I ended up in.
